M3: Chocolate covered peanuts
M4: Breaded pork chop + northern beans w/mayo + bread/butter
M5: Banana smoothie
I am 13 pounds UP for the year....not a good thing but I think I've goofed off long enuf. I feel like hell and I look like hell. Time to get a grip.
