but....i don't remember it taking me THAT long to lose weight....yet in my journal you can see that it was a LONG process and a long, bumpy one as well.....and i haven't decided if its good or bad that i have spent the evening gaining motivation from MY own journal lol!

i think my last weigh-in was last monday, but i've just had the longest week of my life, so i'm not 100% sure.

i have ate really awful since friday, not a lot of food just nothing healthy.....today is the first day i actually felt hungry, so i'm hoping to get back on track soon.

as for goals, i am 1.8 pounds behind, but it should only take me a few weeks to catch up.

i have survived a second day without jake, survived is the key word.... and for the clueless my dog jake died of complications from pneumonia at the age of 11.....

things i wish i had to do:

  • i wish i needed to cover the couch to keep it from getting smothered in blonde fur



  • i wish i needed to sweep the floors one room at a time while i waited for him to move his large doggie self out of the way



  • i wish on this hot july day i needed to refill the water bowl a zillion times



  • i wish i could feed molly without feeling this overwhelming sadness and dispair
