 I braved the scale this morning and although I can't say I'm really surprised at the number it still is rather depressing. 

Today's number: 207.0

I thought dieting would be easier after I moved but I still don't live alone and I still have people judging my food choices and i HATE that! Which leads me to the reason I'm dying to try this new weight watchers plan. Diet. Is a 4 letter word in my life, I'm either on one or off one and I need to find the balance. Quickly! However, since I'm about to leave on a holiday vacation. I'm waiting. Its not really the 'dieting' on vacation that bothers me but I would miss 2 meetings back to back. Meetings I need to attend and meetings that I would have paid for so the plan is:

Snack it and Track it......thats it. Thats the plan. To be responsible for my choices, the good, the bad and the plain stupid. I plan on getting in all the workouts I can before heading north. I do that here

I can't complain...I still ate quite a bit yesterday. I've completely forgotten how to count points, but I need to count something.

M1: PB Toast + orange juice
M2: Turkey Sandwich + Fritos + red grapes
M3: 2 walnut brownies
M4: Leftover pancakes + orange juice
M5: Ice cream
M6: more fritos

Goodness I ate a lot yesterday and I really think I forgot something. The chocolate is gone, now I need to finish off the chips. Lol. I just can't take all this temptation.
