| I braved the scale this morning and although I can't say I'm really surprised at the number it still is rather depressing.
Today's number: 207.0
I thought dieting would be easier after I moved but I still don't live alone and I still have people judging my food choices and i HATE that! Which leads me to the reason I'm dying to try this new weight watchers plan. Diet. Is a 4 letter word in my life, I'm either on one or off one and I need to find the balance. Quickly! However, since I'm about to leave on a holiday vacation. I'm waiting. Its not really the 'dieting' on vacation that bothers me but I would miss 2 meetings back to back. Meetings I need to attend and meetings that I would have paid for so the plan is:
Snack it and Track it......thats it. Thats the plan. To be responsible for my choices, the good, the bad and the plain stupid. I plan on getting in all the workouts I can before heading north. I do that here | comments: Leave a comment  |

I'm not so sure about Monday weigh-ins I guess I'll see how it goes =) I actually set a goal at least for this year. It is reachable but I will need to stay on track thru vacations and holidays....

I can't complain...I still ate quite a bit yesterday. I've completely forgotten how to count points, but I need to count something.

| i think in order to start the year off right some menu planning is needed:
breakfast: (3.5) bagel w/butter (3) milk
lunch: (4) turkey sandwich w/lettuce and mayo (2) banana
dinner: (5) oven bbq chicken -- 3 oz chicken breast + marinade (1.5) brown rice
snacks: (2) granola bar (3) chex mix pudding
total: 24.0

| i'm not gonna say this is day one....lets just wait and see how tomorrow goes first lol
i really had only a slight gain over christmas.....but that was on top of the huge gain from the finals frenzy :(
i didn't count points or calories..and after a 2 day cookie/chocolate fest....i wasn't really hungry

- Make a list of fears or negative behaviours that have hurt your weight-loss success in the past. Re-read each one and say....i used to be that way, but now i'm different.
- Write new endings; i used to _______ but now i ______
- Read them everyday!
